The following terms apply to Tamara’s Promotional Referral Program (“Program”), which commences on 01/09/2021 and ends on 01/01/2023. Tamara reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the Program at any time by posting an update on this page.

When you (“Referrer”) refer a friend or family member who is a New Customer (“Referee”) to use Tamara service, they will receive a credit that is subjected by country (“Referral Reward”) and it will be applied to their first Tamara purchase of a minimum amount per country (“Qualifying Purchase”). Once the Referee makes a Qualifying Purchase, you will also receive a Referral Reward to be applied on your next Tamara purchase. The use of the Program is subject to different terms by country as follows:

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Referee must sign up for Tamara’s service directly by using the unique referral link of the Referrer. After signing up, the referee must make a qualifying purchase in the 1st shopping order by using Tamara, and within 45 days of signing up to complete the referral.
The Qualifying Purchase is 100 SAR or more.
The Referral Reward is automatically applied to the Referrer's next purchase after the Referee completes their Qualifying Purchase.
The Referral Reward is automatically applied to the Referee’s Qualifying Purchase.
The Referral Reward can be applied in-store or online.
The Referral Reward will be split equally across payment plan payments.
If the referee or the referrer fails to make the qualifying purchase within 45 days of signing up, the referral bonus given will lapse.
The Referral Reward cannot be withdrawn, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
You can claim up to 10 Referral Rewards.
All referrals must be made only to your direct friends, acquaintances, or family and any unique Program link may not be published by you in any public place, whether online or otherwise.
Where a Referral Reward is used on a purchase that is subsequently returned or refunded by you or the Referee (as applicable), Tamara reserves the right to recover the value of the Referral Reward. The maximum amount that you or the Referee will be refunded is the amount paid for the product.
Tamara reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referrer or Referee and may determine any Referrer or Referee to be ineligible in its sole discretion.
We may at our absolute discretion cancel a Referral Reward without notice to you. We may cancel this feature due to a number of circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
- The suspicion that your Tamara account is being used in a fraudulent way.
- Your conduct is in breach of Tamara’s terms and conditions.
- You are sending an excessive number of unsolicited invites.

United Arab Emirates

The Referee must sign up for Tamara’s service directly by using the unique referral link of the Referrer. After signing up, the referee must make a qualifying purchase in the 1st shopping order by using Tamara, and within 45 days of signing up to complete the referral.
The Qualifying Purchase is 100 AED or more.
The Referral Reward is automatically applied to the Referrer's next purchase after the Referee completes their Qualifying Purchase.
The Referral Reward is automatically applied to the Referee’s Qualifying Purchase.
The Referral Reward can be applied in-store or online.
The Referral Reward will be split equally across payment plan payments.
If the referee or the referrer fails to make the qualifying purchase within 45 days of signing up, the referral bonus given will lapse.

The Qualifying Purchase is 8 KWD or more.
The Referral Reward is automatically applied to the Referrer's next purchase after the Referee completes their Qualifying Purchase.
The Referral Reward is automatically applied to the Referee’s Qualifying Purchase.
The Referral Reward can be applied in-store or online.
The Referral Reward will be split equally across payment plan payments.
If the referee or the referrer fails to make the qualifying purchase within 45 days of signing up, the referral bonus given will lapse.
