At Tamara, your trust matters to us. That’s why we only work with a select group of authorized Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) who are approved to support us in managing overdue payments. These partners may reach out to you if you have outstanding dues.
How you can make payments
Tamara App
The easiest way: log in and complete your payment directly.
Payment Link
If you’re facing any issues with the app, your assigned debt collection agency will share a secure payment link with you.
Bank Transfer
If needed, you can transfer funds directly to Tamara’s designated bank account (details will be shared with you by the agency). Please remember to include your full name and Tamara-registered mobile number in the transaction details.
Note: Our agencies are not authorized to collect cash payments.
