Impact at scale

Over a 12 month Journey, you will collaborate across the business to gain unique high-level insights and experience. The program is fast and not for the faint hearted; yet pace means progression.

You’ll receive one to one support from an executive mentor, however you will own your path and projects, contributing to the business and the future landscape of our Kingdom. We expect you to take the initiative to identify problems, conduct analysis and report, design solutions, and execute them.

We’re looking for Change-Makers

If you’re considering joining our BA program, we are seeking top-tier Saudi Arabian graduates - Best in class across several areas, with a competitive edge, a logical and structured thinker who is results-oriented. The ideal candidate is resilient, curious, and passionate about making an impact with a passion for continuously learning and improving.

• Recently completed your college or university studies between 2023–2024

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets.

• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more implementations of SQL (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R is a plus, to manipulate large datasets.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a big plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• A passion for learning and a desire to continuously improve your skills

• Hands-on experiences, be it through internships or roles, in fields aligned with our technological focus.
