Who can benefit from Tamara’s Exclusive Deals Program?

To use Exclusive Deals, you need to be a Tamara user, have downloaded our app, and have no pending late payments.

Do Exclusive Deals ever expire?

Yes, some Exclusive Deals do expire. You can view how long you have left to redeem your Exclusive Deals through the Deals tab on your app.

What happens if I return an item from my discounted order?

Once you return the item, your new order total may not meet the minimum order value for the discount. In this case, the installment plan and the refunded amount might be adjusted. To better understand the minimum order values for discount Exclusive Deal, please check the T&Cs on your discount details page.

Can I redeem a discount code from the store and my Exclusive discount simultaneously?

Unfortunately, store discount codes and Exclusive Deals cannot be redeemed at the same time.

How often are new Exclusive discounts introduced?

We regularly add new Exclusive discounts from leading brands to the Farah tab in the Tamara app. Turn on push notifications and subscribe to our emails to stay updated on the latest discounts!

Are there any restrictions applied to Exclusive discounts?

Exclusive discounts may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which are always clearly displayed on the Farah discount’s Details page. Please ensure you always carefully review the Farah discounts’ terms and conditions before redeeming them.

Where can I redeem Exclusive discounts?

My Exclusive promo code doesn’t work. What should I do?

Ensure that the promo code is entered correctly on the checkout page and that your order meets all the discount conditions including minimum order total, item eligibility, etc. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for support.

Is there a limit to how many Exclusive discounts I can redeem?

There is no limit to how many Exclusive discounts you can redeem in total. However, you may only redeem one Exclusive discount per order.
