Terms & Conditions for Promotional Program

The following terms apply to Tamara’s Promotional Program

Farah Program

• Farah is only available via the Tamara mobile app on iOS and Android.

• Farhahs are only eligible for use if they are collected.

• Discounts or vouchers are subject to each Farhah’s Terms and Conditions and date of expiry.

• Discounts or Vouchers of each Farhah cannot be clubbed with any other store discounts or with any other Farhah, unless otherwise specified.

• To fully benefit from the Farhahs, customers are recommended to follow the Terms and Conditions of each Farhah they collect.

• Farhahs are not transferable from one customer to another, and cannot be exchanged for any cash equivalent.

• Once redeemed, Farhahs cannot be used again if the order is canceled or returned.

• Users cannot benefit from Farah if they have pending late payments.

• Tamara may reserve full rights to withdraw any Farhah at any point of time, and all non-consumed Farhahs may be reverted back completely or partially.

• Tamara’s generic Terms and Conditions are also applicable to the Farah program.

Tamara cashback

• Earned cashback will be automatically applied to the next transaction

• Cashback value cannot be used to settle Tamara payments

• In case of full or partial returns or refunds, the equivalent cashback will be deducted from your wallet. If cashback has been used for another transaction, the relevant amount will be added to your pending installments.

• Cashback cannot be withdrawn, substituted, or exchanged for cash.

• Cashback added to a Tamara wallet can be changed/updated at any point in time by Tamara without any prior intimation. These changes may be made occasionally, overriding the validity of existing cashback.

• Tamara reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of cashback offers without prior intimation.

Coupons and codes

• Coupons and codes must be applied on the merchant website before checking out with Tamara

• Coupons and codes may have a minimum purchase amount and may not be applicable across all products.

• Tamara does not take responsibility for the validity of the coupon codes.

• Coupons may or may not be clubbed with other offers.

• Tamara and Tamara’s partners reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of any coupon code without prior intimation.
