Verify via Nafath Contest

Tamara announces a contest aimed at encouraging customers to verify their personal accounts with Tamara through official government channels, including the "Nafath" application developed by the National Information. Center of the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority ("Nafath").

Tamara will award a prize of one hundred thousand (100,000) Saudi Riyals (the "Prize") to three (3) winners among the customers who meet the conditions stated below (the "Winners"). The Winners will be selected randomly.

Tamara reserves its absolute right to cancel the Prize before selecting the Winners. Tamara also reserves its absolute right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be published on Tamara's website.

To be eligible for the random draw and have the opportunity to be selected as one of the Winners:

1. You must be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have an active personal account with Tamara. You must not be an employee of Tamara or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, nor an immediate family member of an employee (up to the third degree of kinship).

2. You must verify your personal account with Tamara through Nafath at any time during the period from January 10, 2025, to January 31, 2025 ("Verification Process").

3. The Verification Process must be the first verification you have completed through your personal account with Tamara. Deactivating your account and then completing a Verification Process will not qualify you to be one of the Winners.

4. The Verification Process must be successfully completed through Nafath as reflected in Tamara's internal systems.

Tamara will announce the Winners' names at a later time, and the Prize will be delivered via bank transfer or cashier's check.

If you are selected as one of the Winners, Tamara’s team will contact you to obtain certain information for Prize delivery purposes. Tamara reserves the right to cancel your name as a Winner and select another customer as an alternative Winner if you fail to respond to Tamara’s communication.

If you are selected as one of the Winners, you consent to allow Tamara to announce your name among the Winners in Tamara’s promotional materials. If you do not wish for your name to be announced, please contact Tamara’s representatives to withdraw your consent, as outlined in Tamara's Privacy Policy available on its website.
